By engaging Metatech India for IT and software development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our professional services.
Metatech India provides custom software engineering, cloud migration, and AI development under specific project agreements. Details regarding timelines, deliverables, and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) will be defined in individual Project Scopes.
Upon full payment of project fees, all custom source code and deliverables specifically created for the client will be transferred to the client. Metatech India retains rights to its proprietary internal frameworks and pre-existing code modules used in the process.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
